Aspen Ladd

Aspen Ladd first began training in combat sports as young as 14 years old. Aspen Ladd was trained in BJJ, kickboxing boxing and wrestling before making her first appearance as an amateur at WCFC aged 18. Ladd gained confidence after her win, and she won three bouts in Ultimate Reno Combat. Her opponents all fell during the first round. After that, she returned to WCFC where she defeated Leslie Rodriguez by unanimous decision. Aspen beat Silvia Babaeghian as well as Maddy Simmons before fighting Cynthia Calvillo at WCFC 9. Cynthia was able to hand Aspen the win in a single-handed manner and was able to outclass her, tarnishing Ladd's professional career. Ladd rebounded from the loss and defeated Roma Pawelek, taking her record to eight one. Aspen began her professional career in the year 2015. She signed up with Invicta FC and made her debut. Invicta 11, she was able to dominate Ana Carolina Vidal to score an KO early in the round. Invicta Fc 16 marked her debut fight as a Bantamweight. She defeated Amanda Cooper with an armbar in the second round. Aspen utilized her formidable wrestler skills to knock down McGill and ended her via third round TKO(elbows or punches). Aspen then went on to take on Jessica Hoy for Invicta FC18 with a weight that was 138.1lb. Ladd was not capable of achieving the weight but Aspen was victorious and defeated Hoy with a TKO. Invicta FC 28 was her last bout for the organization. Invicta FC 22 saw Sijara Eubanks beaten by a unanimity. Aspen Ladd competed in her UFC debut against Lina Ladsberg. She was a step ahead of Lina through her ground and pound techniques, resulting in the TKO second-round victory. When she next faced Tonya EVINGER at UFC 229, her victory was even more impressive. Ladd won the fight in round one and was awarded the performance of the Night Bonus. Invicta FC's Sijara Ebanks was her opponent for the rematch that took place at UFC Fight Night dos Anjos against Lee. It was the fighter's first major match. Ladd, who won the unanimous decision after an intense back and forth battle among the pair of fighters received the Fight of the Night bonuses. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie stopped Ladd's winning streak within 16 seconds. She bounced back and finished Yana Kunitskaya during the third round at UFC at ESPN 7. In a recent replacement match for UFC, Norma Dumont was her opponent. Her defeat was decided by unanimous decision.
